Phone Cards:
To this end, we will gladly give a full refund within 7 days of any purchase if the card’s PIN and balance are unused.
If you have a refillable card, you may transfer the balance to a new card or exchange PINs, regardless of the balance. If, however, you have a non-refillable PIN, we can only offer an exchange if the card still has its full balance and the PIN has not expired. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for any cell phone refill cards.
Furthermore, if we are unable to remedy a problem with your card, we are happy to contact the carrier in question on your behalf to resolve the issue.
